The Sombrero is a very old item in Club Penguin. It was first seen in the Penguin Style all the way back in August 2005! It has been available on four different occasions throughout Club Penguins history, 3 times in the Penguin Style (August 2005 - January 2006, June 2006 - October 2006 and January 2009 - April 2009). The Sombrero was 300 coins in the Penguin Style Catalog. It was also available in the 3rd Series of the Treasure Book.
Just like many of the items that I feature on Item Of The Day, this one is now considered Rare as it has not been seen in any catalogs for over 7 years now and the Treasure Book that contains this item can no longer be accessed. Check back here tomorrow for the next Item Of the Day!
